Excel-Entering data into Excel can be a long painstaking process, especially if there is a lot of rows/columns.
Excel has a function that allows you to enter data into a spreadsheet as if you were working in a database. This function is called a data form.

You may need to add the button to your toolbar first. You can find full instructions here
It is really simple to use. Click on the form button and a data entry form appears. You can create new rows, search, delete and filter data.
This is one of my top 5 tools when I am working with data. In no particular order, the other 4 are:
-Pivot Tables
-Sort&Filter
-Conditional Formating
-Formulas
